How to Apply

Please submit one request form for each of your programs. Please note that requests will exceed availability, so be considerate and conservative.

The Bargains Group will compile all information which will be relayed to Project Winter Survival.  The kits will be distributed on Saturday January 23, 2010 and are to be picked up from our location at 890 Caledonia Road. Sorry we cannot hold them, so please mark this date on your calendar NOW.

Please forward all of your information to us at The Bargains Group by E-mail ONLY. Please remember that the final date for submissions will be Friday January 8, 2010. Successful applicants will be notified by The Bargains Group via email by Friday January 15, 2010.
