Please submit one request form for each of your programs. Please note that requests will exceed availability, so be considerate and conservative. Please forward all of your information to us at The Bargains Group by E-mail ONLY. Please remember that the final date for submissions will be Friday January 6th,  2012. Successful applicants will be notified by The Bargains Group via email by Friday January 13th, 2012.

The Bargains Group will compile all information which will be relayed to Project Winter Survival.  The kits will be distributed on Saturday January 21st, 2012 and are to be picked up from our location at 890 Caledonia Road. Sorry we cannot hold them, so please mark this date on your calendar NOW.
